The Exchange is entering an exciting new season, and we are looking for two gifted individuals to join our team. We are a congregation in Calgary, AB, passionate about one thing: leading people to encounter Jesus. Everything we do flows out of that mission:

Associate Pastor — Full Time
We are looking for a strategic, ministry-minded leader to work closely with our Lead Pastor in implementing the vision and mission of The Exchange. This role is designed for someone who can take a ministry idea from concept to execution — building discipleship pathways, developing leaders, and driving meaningful growth in the congregation. If you are a builder at heart who finds deep fulfillment in seeing the church flourish, we would love to hear from you. Ordination with The Alliance Canada is required or expected upon hire.
